recover your light

Welcome
Trauma impacts every part of our lives—how we see ourselves, who we trust, what we attract and tolerate, and how we respond to the world. You may find yourself repeating painful relationship patterns, abandoning your own needs to keep others close, struggling to set boundaries, questioning your perceptions, or feeling intensely affected by low self worth. You may cognitively understand where these patterns came from and still feel unable to change them. Perhaps you’ve spent years surviving by performing, accommodating, or disconnecting from yourself—and somewhere along the way, lost touch with who you are and what you need. Trauma recovery is not about fixing what is wrong with you. It is an opportunity to understand what happened, recognize how you learned to survive it, and begin discovering who you are when survival no longer has to shape every part of your life.
